Is this course TDLR-approved for my license type?
Yes. IERhub is a TDLR-approved continuing education provider (Provider Reg #2520 · Course #32815). The course is valid for all 10 license types that require 4 hours prior to each annual renewal: Master Electrician, Journeyman Electrician, Journeyman Lineman, Journeyman Industrial Electrician, Residential Wireman, Maintenance Electrician, Master Sign Electrician, Journeyman Sign Electrician, Apprentice Electrician, and Apprentice Sign Electrician. When do you report my hours to TDLR?
We file your completed hours with TDLR within 24 hours of finishing the course. Every student gets the same fast filing, no matter when you enroll.
Do I have to take a test or quiz?
No. The course has no quiz, test, or passing score. Read or watch the material and you're done.
How long does the course take?
Four instructional hours (50 minutes = 1 credit hour per TDLR rules). Most electricians finish in 3 to 4 hours and can split it across sessions. Log off anytime and pick up where you left off.
Can I complete it on my phone?
Yes. The course works on any device: phone, tablet, or computer. There is no app to download, and your progress is saved if your signal drops.
What if I need my certificate right away?
Your certificate is available to download immediately after you finish. You don't have to wait for our TDLR submission to print it.
What if I need a refund?
If you're not satisfied, submit a request through the IERhub.com Help Center within 7 days of purchase and before completing the course. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Once your hours are filed with TDLR the filing cannot be reversed, so refunds are only available before completion.
Do you offer the course in Spanish?
The course content is currently offered in English. This site and our support team are available in Spanish, and a fully Spanish course edition is in development and still pending TDLR approval. Email staff@ierhub.com for the latest availability.
