1Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: A learner is eligible for a full refund if the request is submitted before the course has been completed, regardless of the purchase date.
  • Ineligibility: No refund will be issued once a course has been marked complete, regardless of the date of purchase. Partial progress, defined as any recorded course activity short of completion, does not end eligibility: the full refund remains available until the course is completed. Partial refunds are not issued in any case.
  • After TDLR Submission: Once completion data has been submitted to TDLR, the transaction is final and no refund is available. TDLR submissions cannot be reversed by IERhub.
  • Course Access Expiration: Course access expires 6 months after the date of purchase. No refund or access extension will be granted for courses not completed within the 6-month window.
  • Process: Refund requests must be submitted through the IERhub.com Help Center contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

2Course Access & Expiration

Enrollment provides immediate access to course materials. To maintain the integrity of our course certifications and TDLR reporting schedules:

Course access expires 6 months from the date of purchase. No refund or extension is granted for courses not finished within that window.

3Cancellations & Retirement

Course Retirement

If IER retires a course, learners will receive at least 30 days notice. Anyone who has not finished will receive a full refund.

Approval Lapse

If TDLR approval lapses, enrollment is suspended immediately. Affected learners are offered a full refund or transfer to an active approved course.

4Academic Conduct

Attempting to bypass course timers, sharing login credentials, or any form of academic dishonesty are grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of completion credit and refund eligibility.

How to Request a Refund
