TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: April 20, 2026

Welcome to IERhub.com ("Company," "we," "our," "us")! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, IERhub.com, owned and operated by International Educational Resources Inc.

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. For questions, contact staff@ierhub.com.

1. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive marketing emails. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in our emails or by contacting staff@ierhub.com.

2. Purchases & Refunds

When making a purchase, you must provide accurate payment and billing information. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Refund Policy:

  • Eligibility: A learner is eligible for a full refund if the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase and the course has not been completed.
  • Ineligibility: No refund will be issued once a course has been marked complete, regardless of the date of purchase. Partial completion — defined as any recorded course progress beyond initial enrollment, including opening a module or accumulating any time-on-task — does not qualify for a partial refund.
  • After TDLR Submission: Once completion data has been submitted to TDLR, the transaction is final and no refund is available. TDLR submissions cannot be reversed by IERhub.
  • Course Access Expiration: Course access expires 6 months after the date of purchase. No refund or access extension will be granted for courses not completed within the 6-month window.
  • Process: Refund requests must be submitted through the IERhub.com Help Center contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Course Access & Performance

Enrollment is confirmed immediately upon payment. You have 6 months from the date of purchase to complete your course. No extensions or refunds are granted for courses not finished within this window.

If IER retires a course, enrolled learners will receive at least 30 days' notice and a full refund if incomplete. If TDLR approval lapses, affected learners are offered a full refund or transfer.

4. Academic Conduct & Attendance

Learners must engage with course materials independently. Our LMS tracks time-on-task in 10-second intervals to satisfy TDLR requirements. You must meet the minimum hours required before course completion is granted.

Immediate Forfeiture:

Submitting another person's license number, sharing credentials, or attempting to bypass timers are grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of credit without a refund.

5. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload but grant us a license to store and display it to provide our Service.

You confirm that your content:

  • Is legally owned or properly licensed by you.
  • Does not infringe on any third-party rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.).

We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of user-generated content, including professional license documentation.

6. Prohibited Uses

Beyond academic conduct, you may not:

  • Violate laws or regulations.
  • Engage in fraud, spam, or hacking.
  • Interfere with security or operations.
  • Misrepresent yourself or others.

18. Record Retention

IERhub maintains learner completion records — including your name, TDLR license number, course title, completion date, time-on-task data, and Certificate of Completion — for a minimum of two years following course completion. This retention period is required under 16 TAC §59, which governs TDLR continuing education providers.

These records are retained regardless of account deletion requests during the mandatory period. After the two-year minimum has elapsed, records are deleted unless you have separately requested that they be preserved.

By using IERhub.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how IERhub.com ("Company," "we," "our," "us"), owned and operated by International Educational Resources Inc., collects, uses, retains, and shares your personal information when you use our website and continuing education services.

By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. For questions, contact staff@ierhub.com.

1. Information We Collect

a. Account Registration

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password.

b. License Information

Before completing a course, you are required to enter your TDLR license number. This is collected because TDLR requires us to submit your license number when reporting CE completions on your behalf. Providing an accurate license number is a condition of receiving CE credit.

c. Payment Information

When you purchase a course, your billing and payment details are processed by our payment processor. IERhub does not receive or store raw card numbers. Transaction records (amount, date, course purchased) are retained for financial and tax compliance purposes.

d. Course Activity

Our LMS records time-on-task in 10-second intervals, module progress, assessment responses, completion timestamps, and certificate issuance data. This data is collected to satisfy TDLR's minimum time and completion requirements and to generate your Certificate of Completion.

e. Automatically Collected Data

When you visit IERhub.com, we automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and session duration through Google Analytics. See Section 4 for details on third-party data sharing.

2. Why We Collect It

  • Account data — to authenticate your identity and manage course access.
  • License number — required by TDLR to submit CE completion reports; without it, your credit cannot be reported to the state.
  • Payment data — to process transactions and maintain financial records.
  • Course activity data — to verify that TDLR minimum hour requirements are met, generate Certificates of Completion, and maintain the records we are required by law to keep.
  • Analytics data — to monitor site performance, identify technical issues, and improve the learner experience.

3. How Long We Retain It

Regulatory Retention Requirement

Under 16 TAC §59, TDLR requires continuing education providers to maintain learner completion records for a minimum of two years following course completion. Completion records — including your name, TDLR license number, course title, completion date, time-on-task data, and Certificate of Completion — cannot be deleted on request during this mandatory retention period.

  • Completion records: Retained for a minimum of two years per 16 TAC §59.
  • Account data: Retained while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request — subject to the two-year retention exception above.
  • Payment transaction records: Retained as required by applicable financial and tax regulations.

4. Who We Share It With

  • Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR): We submit your license number, course title, and completion date to TDLR as required for your CE credit to be recognized. This disclosure is legally required and cannot be opted out of.
  • Payment Processor: Billing and transaction data is transmitted to our payment processor to complete your purchase. Their privacy policy governs how that data is handled. We do not receive or store raw card data.
  • Google Analytics: Site usage data (page views, session duration, device and browser info) is shared with Google Analytics for performance monitoring. Google's privacy policy governs this data. You may opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • No other third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to learner completion records is restricted to authorized IERhub staff. No security measure is perfect — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact staff@ierhub.com immediately.

6. Your Rights

  • Access or export: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by emailing staff@ierhub.com.
  • Correction: You may update your name and email in your account profile at any time. To correct a license number already used in a submitted completion report, contact us directly.
  • Deletion: You may request account deletion at any time. Completion records required for TDLR compliance cannot be deleted during the mandatory two-year retention period.
  • Texas residents: Rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) apply, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data.

7. Third-Party Services Summary

  • Google Analytics — site performance monitoring.
  • Payment Processor — payment processing; governed by their privacy policy.
  • LMS Infrastructure (Moodle-based) — course delivery and completion record storage.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
