Texas Electrician CE Regulation Updates

Regulation Updates

IERhub monitors TDLR rulemaking, the Texas Register, and NFPA code adoption notices on an ongoing basis. When a change is identified, we triage its impact on license holder requirements and course content, then update this log and affected knowledge base pages. Each entry records what changed, what was affected, and what action was taken.

How to read this log

Each entry follows the same structure:

  • Trigger — what prompted the review (TDLR notice, Texas Register publication, legislative change, etc.)
  • What changed — the specific rule, requirement, or code adoption
  • Affected — which license types or course topics are impacted
  • Action taken — what IERhub updated in response
